Jim Gribble
brings over 25 years experience to organizations looking for smart
solutions to their direct marketing challenges. He’s directed profit
centers for several of the industry’s most cutting-edge and successful
direct response marketing companies. While responsible for hundreds of
successful campaigns and nearly one billion dollars in direct marketing
sales, Jim has continuously worked maximized every aspect of the
process.
As a strategic planner,
Jim’s ability to develop and implement sound growth plans was
demonstrated when he took International Masters Publishers’ sales from
$22 million to over $110 million in just four years. He established the
International Sales Division of International Home Shopping, and in less
than two years, had successful operations running in Canada, Australia,
United Kingdom, France and Germany.
As a promotion developer,
he’s been credited with countless breakthrough creative direct mail
packages, often doubling the response of existing controls in seasoned,
heavily tested markets. His Wheel of Winnings package concept nearly
tripled response and remained a control for nearly five years, with over
50 million circulated.
As a customer loyalty expert,
his philosophies and strategies have transformed the way some companies
now approach this challenge. The heart of his customer loyalty
philosophy is the ultimate goal of turning customers into advocates for
an organization and its products. At Grolier Direct Marketing he led a
cross-functional team focused on customer retention ... their actions
directly increased profits over $1 million annually.
As a database developer and marketing
analyst, he’s established marketing
databases, analysis systems and modeling techniques that have greatly
enhanced the effectiveness of the marketers who have used them. His
special expertise with continuity and subscription products has afforded
him great appreciation and understanding of the intricacies of back-end
marketing and lifetime value issues.
As a project leader,
Jim consistently meets deadlines and beats budgets. His ability to
systematize projects is the drive he puts behind every responsibility he
